Quality control
Using a range of tests, starting with our CATS Signal Testing platform, we tests discs to understand how they fit manufacturing specifications. The quality level of tested signals on the disc will indicate how well the discs are manufactured, and will provide a good indication if the disc will encounter problems in playability. We also perform testing on the physical conditions of the disc through optical testing and physical measurements.
For customers with premastered content on discs, we can complement signal testing with format verification to understand if disc content was authored and premastered according to specification.

Written analysis
The test results from the performed tests are collected and a written analysis is produced. With our unique level of expertise we can interpret the technical language so that the customer is given a report on the quality level in clear terms that you can understand in your decision-making process. The customer is also provided with printouts of all test-results, which include numeric, graphic and surface presentation.

SECURITY POLICY
All customer material is handled with the strictest security. Total confidentiality is guaranteed at all times. The TestCenter facilities are covered with intrusion alarms and 24-hour security.
Once testing is completed, discs are generally held for 30 days in the event that retesting needs to be conducted. Afterwards the discs are either destroyed or returned to the customer. |
