Technology Training
Our Technology Training classes help you to better understand the optical media formats and the signals measured by the CATS and Go! testers. During the course you will learn about the physical, logical and electrical aspects of the optical media formats. Courses are held on different knowledge levels, and can be customized to fit your specific needs with the aim to increase your understanding of the formats which enables your company to optimize your quality control processes and maintain your competitive edge. The list of companies that has attended our Technology Training classes includes leading international manufacturers such as MBI, Technicolor and Sony DADC.

While our Technology Training classes are often used by manufacturers of optical media, we also deliver specialized courses for users of optical media who need a basic level of understanding of the technology and quality implications. User Training
During a User Training our dedicated Customer Service Technicians show you how to utilize your measurement system to it’s maximum potential which in turn will let you get the most out of your production. You are also given thorough instructions on how to manage the system from a supervisor’s point of view. User Training is included with new installations of CATS and Go! systems, but can also be given upon request whenever our customers employ new staff in need for effective operator training to quickly get up to speed.

Maintenance Training
The Maintenance Training is intended for the more experienced CATS or Go! users and supervisors, who manages a larger number of systems on a daily basis. You will learn about basic system maintenance, factory calibration, tuning and adjustments of system as a preventive action which maximizes the up-time of the system. The Maintenance Training also includes knowledge about trouble-shooting and information about system repair.
